50 cents to canada and mexico and 70 cents everywhere else.

60 cents to Canada and Mexico.

Not sure about the rest. I've sent quite a few with the 70 cent stamp and haven't had issues. I'll have to ask my post office tomorrow seeing as I need to make a stop due to running dangerously low on those 70 cent stamps. Hope this helps!
